Beat ... and yeah I missed yesterday

Worked the lodge tonight ... We prepped, cooked, served, and cleaned up after 56 steak dinners ... no dishwasher mind you. We were 2 people short so there were 3 of us prepping cooking serving and washing and 1 at the bar. Made for a busy night. Then I delivered plates to Tip at work. I'm beat but I wanted to at least get something down before I hit the shower because I may simply hit my pillow after that. Tomorrow is Collard Fest ... and Chris is on nights again ... so a bit of Scotch might be in order. It isn't every night that I get to have anything to drink. Not that I'm a big drinker, but when the instances are so limited, well ... so I'm off for a shower since I smell like I was one of the steaks on the grill.
